We are located inside of Tin City Shops in Building 1, Suite 123. We are in the same building as Pincher’s Crab Shack and are located right next to the ice cream store, M&M’s Cafe.
Our tour guide will meet you at the white desk at the entrance of our store a few minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Don’t panic if you do not see them right away, as they are most likely finishing a tour and will be there to greet you momentarily!
MARCO ISLAND LOCATION

We will meet in the parking lot between the Winn-Dixie and Holiday Inn. Please note that this is a mobile location, so we will be meeting outside. Our tour guide will arrive in a silver SUV with a large enclosed trailer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION OR ARE WALK-INS ACCEPTED?
Reservations are required for all of our tours. Please call 239-317-9558 to schedule your tour. Due to limited availability, we do not accept walk-in reservations. Please call with any inquiries, even if it is just before the scheduled tour time you are looking to go on.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Luckily we aren’t affected by bad weather very often, so we are able to accommodate our tour guests at a later time or date if there are weather concerns. It is at the discretion of our tour guides to determine whether or not the tour will go or whether it will be delayed/postponed due to an inclement in weather.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO GO ON THE TOUR?
We usually recommend 7 and up, however it depends on maturity/height. It is at the discretion of the tour guide and the parent/guardian to decide whether or not the minor is fit to go on the tour. Some exceptions are made, so if you are wondering any further please give us a call at (239) 317-9558 to discuss the minor in more detail.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Due to limited availability on all of our tours, all tickets purchased are non-refundable but do not expire. As a result of this, we do not accept cancellations but can accommodate you on another tour at a later time or date if given at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled tour time. Please note that tickets purchased online never expire.
